Hamburger Cheese Soup









Hamburger Cheese Soup

This has to be the easiest soup I have invented yet!
Ingredients
  1 lb. lean hamburger, cooked
  1/2 cup diced onions or suit to your taste
  Corn from one corn on the cob or 1/2 to 1 cup of frozen corn
  I stalk of celery sliced and diced
  1 to 2 cups of chopped fresh tomatoes, or a regular can of diced tomatoes
   vegetables on hand. ( I diced about 8 fresh okra, or add any frozen veggies you might have
  1 10 oz can of beef broth
  1 can cheese soup
   Salt, pepper, and garlic salt or powder.

Simmer on stove for about 10 minutes. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of milk to make more liquid.
Top soup with grated parmesan or any finely shredded yellow cheese . Serves 4
 
 I served this soup with crusty bread, pickles, and cucumber slices in vinegar
